Let me try to give the tutorial about Emboss Technique using Photoshop. I believe that everybody, especially who is enjoying on graphic design using Photoshop has well known about the technique I want to share, coz I think this is one of basic technique on design. But please let me to do, just want to make it more variety so can give you more idea to be creative in designing.

This tutorial is making a letter on a fruit with emboss technique. The result will show as if the letter embosses from the fruit.

First, take a fruit image on photoshop, any fruit but full image. You can see my fruit..

Make a letter in front of the fruit. Resize the measure till you think that is enough to show the detail of letter.

on the layer, right click on the text indicator, then select blending option, you will see layer style screen.

On the layer style screen, there is a style box and double click on bevel and emboss and there will show the setting of bevel and emboss on the right of style box. see the picture below.

follow the setting of bevel and emboss on the picture, then select ok. And the result will be like this. 

From the image you can see that there still green color on the letter, and to make it view real, as if the letter embosses from the skin of the fruit, we have to change the point of fill on the layer for 0%, it means that there is no fill of color on the letter and being transparent, so the color will follow on the skin of fruit, and the result will be…
